My name is Annamarie O’Sullivan. I have worked in the Counselling Field since 2014, effectively working with issues such as Social Anxiety, Panic Attacks, Depression, Self Esteem, Relationship difficulties, Trauma, Suicidal Ideation, Emotional Neglect, Domestic Abuse, Substance misuse, etc.

I am a fully qualified Psycotherapist. I use an integrative approach which means I use different models and techniques that I have  trained and practiced in, such as Person- centred Counselling, Developmental and Attachment Theory, Internal Family Systems and Polyvagal Theory (Nervous System Response and Emotion Regulation) etc.
