Wellness aims to enhance well being, it is a state of living a Healthy life. It brings Emotional balance, reduces Stress and creates a more Holistic quality of Life.


Good Mental Health is categorised by an individual’s ability to feel, express and manage a wide range of positive and negative emotions while maintaining good relationships with others.

Signs of Good Mental Health.

  • Feeling Positive about Ourselves and Others

  • Having the Resilience to Overcome Challenges and Manage Uncertainty

  • Being Productive, Engaged and Focused in daily Living

  • Feeling Confident when faced with new Situations or People

  • Being able to Form and Maintain Good Relationships with Others

  • Being able to Feel, Express and Manage a range of Positive and Negative Emotions

  • Being Optimistic and Confident


Signs of Poor Mental Health 

  • Feeling Sad or Lonely

  • Confused Thinking, Lack of Concentration

  • Extreme Fears, Worries or Guilt

  • Mood changes of Highs and Lows

  • Withdrawal from Friends and Activities

  • Significant Tiredness, Low Energy, Problem Sleeping

So what are the benefits of Good Mental Health: A greater sense of Calm and Peace within, an improvement in Moods, Clearer Thinking, Reduction in Anxiety, Increased Self-Esteem, Improvements in Relationships and Reduced Risk of Depression.  

Ego says ‘Once everything falls into place, I’ll feel Peace’.


Spirit says ‘Find your Peace and then everything will fall into place’.
